After joining Walmart Vriddhi, our business saw two major changes: our communication and customer interaction became more professional, and we implemented Lean Manufacturing into our supply chain, bringing amazing results. Through Walmart Vriddhi, we were able to shift our market channels and gain a better understanding of the industry. The biggest challenge we faced was a shift in mindset - both in ourselves and in our potential customers. It was a risk, as it involved our own capital, but in the end, we were successful.
